Peanut butter machine works by shearing, grinding and high-speed stirring. There are 2 toothed surface grinding parts, they grind peanut into butter paste by doing relative movements, one rotates at a high speed, and the other is stationary, so that the peanut passing between the toothed surfaces are subject to great shear and friction forces, and at the same time, they vibrate at high frequencies and vortex at high speed under the action of complex forces, the roasted peanut can be effectively dispersed, emulsified, crushed and homogenized.

Peanut Butter Grinding Machine Maintenance and Repair
1. The peanut grinder is a high-precision machine with a line speed of up to 20m/s and a very small disc gap. After reassembling, you must use a dial indicator to correct the coaxiality error between the housing and the spindle ≤0.05mm.
2. When repairing the machine, during the process of disassembling and reassembling, never directly strike with iron cymbals. Tap lightly with a wooden hammer or pad to prevent damage to parts.
3. Seals: static and dynamic seals. The static seal adopts O-shaped rubber ring, and the dynamic seal adopts hard mechanical combined seal. If it is found that the hard sealing surface is scratched, it should be ground and repaired on the flat glass or flat casting immediately. The abrasive is ≥200 # silicon carbide abrasive paste. If the seal is damaged or cracked, replace it immediately.
