Peanut Butter Machine Maintenance
The Peanut Butter Machine has a reasonable and simple structure and is easy to operate. Only a few maintenance is required during use. However, it is necessary to periodically check the wear of the stator and rotor of the peanut butter grinder, the fineness of the processed peanut, and the sealing effect of the seals.
Stator Disassembly
Turn the hopper counterclockwise and remove it from the peanut butter grinder machine . Take out the O-ring and gasket, and remove the inlet and outlet nozzles. Loosen the cap screws and remove the retaining ring and seal. Remove the seal by turning the adjusting ring counterclockwise and removing it. Lift up the stator bracket and stator assembly.
Remove the hexagon socket screws, take out the spring washer, separate the stator bracket, and remove the two O-rings.
The stator is assembled in the reverse order.
Before assembly, each part should be cleaned.
When installing, operator should apply the required lubricant to each contact surface and threaded part.
After removing the hopper and the water inlet and outlet nozzles, you can also turn the adjustment ring counterclockwise to remove all the combination of the fixing ring, the adjustment ring, the stator bracket and the stator assembly, and then remove the stator by referring to the above sequence.
