Factors Affecting the Roasting Quality of Peanut Roaster:
1. First of all, the size of peanut affects the quality of roasted peanuts by the peanut roaster. If the peanuts are screened and sorted in different sizes, this will not only improve the quality of peanut roasting, but also win better production.
2. The second is the design of the magnetron during the heating of the peanut roaster. If the layout design of the peanut roaster is unreasonable, it will cause poor taste, bad color, and peanuts baked on the middle and both sides of the conveyor belt is different.
In the production of peanut roasting, it is better to use high automation peanut roasting machine, the roasted peanuts have good color, and they are easy to be peeled when they are subsequently peeled by a dry peeler, and the damage rate is low.
3. Roasting time, After debugging, press the timer switch to adjust the roasting time. When debugging, you can set a few trial minutes. After the trial time, the bell rings and alarms, which indicates that the roasting is completed. Then the operator turn off the timer switch, and the bell stop alarming.
4. Discharge Peanut of Roasting Machine, turn off the timer switch when the bell alarms. Open the outlet of the material discharge port. At the same time, press the stop button, and then press the chamber reverse button. The roasted peanut will be rotated and pushed out of the roasting and discharged, make sure all peanut are discharges and the roasting chamber is empty. Close the discharge port, press the stop button, and then press the forward button, at this time the roaster started to rotate forward.
