Peanut Peeling Machine Operating Cautions
Peanut peeling machine is a machine that has contributed greatly to the development of agriculture. Peanut peeling machine is composed of a bar, a concave plate and a fan. This product has the characteristics of small and convenient, light weight, easy to move, simple installation, high production efficiency, low cost, good cleaning effect and so on. Peanuts are fed by hand and fall into the coarse grid first. Due to the rubbing force between the rotation of the board and the concave plate of the fixed grid, the peanut skin and kernels are separate, and then pass through the wind. Most of the peanut skins are blown out by the wind, and the peanut kernels and some of the small peanuts that have not been peeled fall into the specific gravity sorting screen. After heavy screening, the peanut kernels travel from the surface of the separating screen and flow into the sack through the material port. However, the peanuts that have not been peeled down from the sieve surface, flow into the hoist through the outlet of the discharge channel, and then sent to the fine-grain grid by the hoist for secondary hulling, and then be screened and sorted by specific gravity branches. Full peeling is achieved.
When using the peanut peeling machine, operator should pay attention to the temperature of each part all times. Because the temperature of some components is too high, it is often a precursor to component damage.
The working temperature of the motor cannot exceed 60 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the motor is found to be too high, operator should stop the machine immediately and check the circuit to ensure that the voltage reaches or approaches 380v, and the 2-phase motor needs to reach 220v. The temperature of the bearing should not exceed 25 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the bearing seat is found to be too high, stop the machine immediately to check whether the bearing is damaged, so as not to cause greater losses.
With the development of science and technology, nowadays, for the processing of peanuts, peanut peeler greatly improves the work efficiency. What requirements do we need to meet when using a peanut peeler machine?
① Peeling in Winter. Before using a peanut peeler, spray 10kg warm water every 50kg peanut evenly and cover it with a plastic film for about 10 hours. The time covered with plastic film in other seasons is about 6 hours.
② You can immerse the dry peanuts in the large pool, remove them immediately after soaking and cover them with plastic film for about 1 day, then cool peanut in the sun, and then use the peanut peeling machine to peel the red skin when they are wet and dry.
③ Connect a 380 volt three-phase power supply before use, and then start the motor to see if the running direction is consistent with the direction of the indicated arrow. If it is not consistent, reverse any two connectors in the power supply to achieve the same direction as the direction of the arrow.
④ Peanuts should not be too dry, otherwise they will be fragile, and the moisture content should be kept at about 9%, otherwise the crushing rate will increase. In this case, it is best to use water for the first time and wait for 4 hours in winter to start production.
⑤ Before putting into production, it is best to sort the peanuts to be hulled, separate different varieties and sizes of peanuts, and then determine to use the appropriate size sieve, which can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce the crushing rate.
