Peanut Root Peeling and Stone Removing

The peanut root peeler machine includes a feeding hopper, a vibrating feeder, a root removing machine, an eccentric device, and a transmission device. During work, the peanut enters the vibration feeding device from the hopper. The transmission device drives the eccentric device to swing the vibration feeding device back and forth. When the peanut moves forward, it passes through the root removal device to remove the root pedicle. Clean peanut is discharged from outlet, waste is discharged through the impurity removal port.

The peanut root removing machine is mainly composed of a frame, a motor, a transmission device, a peanut picking part, a fan selection device, and a vibration mechanism. During operation, the motor drives the machine to run through the feeding inlet and automatic feeding. Peanut will go to the root peeling system, and the picking rod is rotated to blow the peanuts off the stem. Peanut and debris are dropped onto the vibrating screen through the gravure hole. Go to the suction port of the fan to drain off the impurities and select clean peanut to complete the whole process.
Peanut stone removing and impurity removing machine adopts fan and vibrating screen and separates stones and soil blocks in peanut according to the specific gravity principle.
Before start the peanut de stoner, check whether each fastener is tightened, whether the rotating part is flexible, and whether there is lubricant in each bearing. This machine must be placed on a stable and flat floor. After the motor is started, the rotation of the rotor should be the same as the direction indicated on the implement. Run the machine for a few minutes to observe if there is any abnormal noise, and then feed the peanuts evenly after normal operation. Peanut should be fed evenly and in an appropriate amount. It should not contain iron filings, stones and other debris to prevent breaking the peanuts and causing mechanical failure. Only open the outlet switch when the peanut fully covers the sieve surface. Select the appropriate screen according to the peanut size.
If there is too much peanut shell appear in the peanut, the motor should be moved downward to tighten the fan belt and increase the amount of air volume. After using it for a period of time, when preparing to store the machine, operator should clean the dust, dirt, and other grains remaining, and remove the belt for storage. Clean each part of the bearing with diesel oil and dry it with butter. The machine should be covered in a dry warehouse to avoid direct sunlight and rain.
