Peanut Shelling Machine

Peanut Sheller,Peanut Shelling Machine

Peanut is one of the most important oil crops. Peanuts can be eaten after simple processing, and  can also be deep processing and add into nutritious food and health products. Peanut hulls can be used for bio-electricity as fuel instead of coal. In recent years, with the change of agricultural structure, China’s peanut planting area has continued to expand, and peanut output has increased year by year. When peanuts are pressed for oil, deep-processed and exported, peanut shell need to be hulled, and the application of peanut shelling machines has increased year by year.

Peanut shells account for 28% -32% of the weight of a peanut fruit. The shell does not produce oil, and contains pigments, which will accelerate the wear of the oil press machinery, cause a low oil yield of the oil press, and deepen the color of the crude oil. The peanuts must be husked.

Features:
1) Suspension sorting;
2) Roller with left and right swirl pattern, higher shelling rate;
3) The sealed vibrating screen chamber has higher cleanliness rate and prevents dust.
4) The special fan blows out the crushed peanut shell, which can be directly used as fertilizer

Working Principle of Peanut Sheller:
This peanut shelling machine is composed of corrugated rod, grid, concave plate, fan, specific gravity sorting and secondary hoist. It has a simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, safety and reliability.

Peanuts are fed and fall into the coarse grid first. Due to the rubbing force between the rotation of the plate and the concave plate of the fixed grid, the peanut shell and the shell after peeling and separating the peanut shell fall through the grid at the same time, and then pass through the wind. Most of the peanut shells are blown out by the air, and the peanut kernels and some of the small peanuts that have not been peeled fall into the specific gravity sorting screen. After heavy screening, the peanut kernels travel from the surface of the separating screen and flow into the sack through the material port. However, the peanuts (small fruits) that have not been peeled down from the sieve surface, flow into the hoist through the outlet of the discharge channel, and then sent to the fine-grain grid by the hoist for secondary hulling, and then be screened and sorted by the specific gravity branch. Full peeling is achieved.

Requirements for Peanut Shelling Machine Operation:
(1) Requirements for shellers. Shelling must be clean and productive. Peanut raw materials should be free of iron, stone and other hard impurities. Shellers equipped with a cleaning device must have a high degree of cleanliness. The loss rate should be low and the crushing rate should be small. It has certain versatility and can be used for husking of multiple crops to improve the utilization rate of machinery.

(2) Requirements for peanuts. Peanuts should be at proper moisture conditions. Too dry will result in high crushing rate. Excessive humidity will affect work efficiency.
